1 Entry
1-1 Let me know the qualifications of participation.
Guardians' permission is required for participants at the age of 12 years or under.

At the age of 19 years or over
【25km】
At the age of 16 years or over
【10·4km】
No age limit（Kids at the age of 5 years or under are required to be accompanied with their guardians.）
1-2 Entry for Escort runners
Escort runners are kindly required to run together with a disabled participant. Their entry fee is free of charge.
Contact the office beforehand. Unfortunately, the office does not introduce any escort runners to participants.
1-3 Can I change the event after entering for the race?
Sorry, we don’t accept any changes of the event after your entry.
1-4 If I'm not able to participate in the race on the race day, do you accept a substitute skier?
We don’t accept any substitute skiers. If a participant is revealed to be a substitute skier, we may revoke your participation, award-giving and deprive of participation in all future races.
1-5 Can I cancel the race on the race day?
We will give you participation prizes, so contact the office. However, we don’t refund you your entry fee.
1-6 Can I register for the race on the race day?
Sorry, we don’t accept any registration on the race day.

2 Race
2-1 How do you designate the bib number?
50·25km = The office decides your bib number referring to your past race record or your estimated time.
10·4km = The office designates your bib number in the order of applications received.

3 Official Record
3-1 How do you time the race?
We will use SEIKO CT-500/400.
3-2 When do finishers have their official records?
We don't provide a record certificate. Please download the certificate from the specific website page.
4 Access
4-1 Do you have a parking lot at the venue?
We will set up a parking lot at Shirahatayama Open Stadium (100-car capacity) and Shinei Zoen temporary parking lot (200-car capacity). If you come to the venue by car or by rental car, you are requested to apply for a parking lot on your registration. (First come, First served basis) Later, we will send a parking ticket by email.
You are not allowed to use a parking lot without a parking ticket. Be careful, please.
A taxi can enter the venue.
4-2 Do you have a shuttle bus service?
We will offer a shuttle bus service between the venue and the nearby subway station on the days of trial run and the race day. Later we will announce detailed information.
5 Venue
5-1 Where is a bath room?
Bath rooms are in changing rooms.
On the days of the trial run, please use a standing bath room in the parking lot.
On the race day, we will establish temporary bath rooms at the start point.
5-2 Do you have a changing room?
There are a men’s changing room and a women’s changing room. Also, we plan to set up a changing tent.
5-3 Do you have a shower room?
Shower rooms are in the changing room.
5-4 Baggage Check
We will set up a Fee-based Baggage Check. (¥500/bag)
*Valuables are not acceptable.
*Right before the start time, it will be so crowded at the Baggage Check. Please come to the Baggage Check ahead of time.
5-5 Where is a rental ski service station for 10km and 4km events?
We will set up the rental ski service station in the venue.
* There is no rental ski service for 50 km and 25 km events.

6-2 Do you have a waxing service?
We are now preparing for it.
6-3 Where do you keep lost and found items and broken poles?
Lost and found items and broken poles are kept at the organizer’s headquarters. However, it may take some time until you receive them. (* If we send items by delivery service, they are to be paid on delivery.)
6-4 Do you sell pictures taken during the race?
A photographer authorized by the organizer will take picture, then pictures will be posted and sold online.
(If you request not to be posted and sold your pictures online, please contact the office beforehand. We can stop posting your pictures and remove your pictures.)
